Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

This policy outlines the financial terms related to scheduling and canceling appointments for individual therapy sessions.

• Session Fee: The standard fee for a therapy session is Rs. 2000.

• Cancellation Policy: Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least two (2) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

• No-Show/Late Cancellation Fee: Appointments cancelled with less than two hours' notice, or missed appointments (no-show), will be charged the full session fee. This fee is non-refundable.

• Refunds: Fees paid for completed or late-cancelled sessions are non-refundable. If payment was made in advance for a session that is canceled with more than two hours' notice, a credit will be issued toward the next session or a refund may be processed upon request.
